Refunds are not available for subscription fees once payment is processed.

Canceling a subscription will prevent future charges but will not result in a refund for the current billing period.

Free Trials

Cinex may offer free trials for new subscribers. If canceled during the trial period, no charges will be incurred

Once the trial ends and the subscription begins, the refund policy for subscriptions applies.

Billing Errors

In case of billing errors or unauthorized charges, contact Cinex customer support promptly for investigation and resolution.

Service Interruptions

Cinex strives to provide uninterrupted service, but occasional disruptions may occur. Refunds will not be issued for service interruptions beyond Cinex's control.

Content Quality

Cinex ensures high-quality streaming content, but variations in internet speed may impact resolution. Refunds are not issued for variations in content quality due to internet limitations.

Account Termination

Cinex reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of the terms of service. In such cases, refunds will not be provided.

Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted to Cinex customer support within 7 days of the issue. Include relevant details, such as account information and the reason for the refund request.

Cinex retains the right to update and modify the refund policy. Subscribers will be notified of any changes.
